A creative practice for writing about your life, work and what you're here for.
The foundational practices to get you going.

Lived-In Words.

For women who think and feel deeply and are ready for their words to live outside of their minds.

We don’t need more words.
We’re surrounded by a damn deluge of them.

But, they’re lifeless. Transactional. Made for the internet. Copied and pasted. Social media-trend-driven.

What we need is more meaningful, lived-in, a bit undone, raw, gutsy, human words. Words that have so much life crammed into them that a machine could never.

If you don’t think you have something to say, you do. If you don’t think you can write, you can. We can’t lose our words. Our words are heirlooms for those to come. We need to write about our lives.

I’ve created two practices so you never run out of stuff to write about, can give words to all the ideas, thoughts, and interests living in your mind, and remember that makes-you-feel-something kind of writing is connection first, technique second.

The Daily Practice and The Working Document are where Lived-in Words gets going.

They're the foundations of the full live programme (coming soon) and you can start them right now, because we need to get your words up and out into the world. We’ve got to get our writing game together.

This is for you.

If you’ve been saying that you need to get back into writing, but it never feels like the right time

If your first instinct is to use Claude or ChatGPT, then realise that your writing don’t sound like you

If you create content and write for work (or your brand) and want your words to sound more like you

If you’re in the middle of a career transition and need a space to process what’s here and what’s next

If you’ve lost self-trust and confidence, and have convinced yourself you’re not a “good” writer

If you have a newsletter, Substack or creative project that isn’t quite coming through

The Foundations.

Digital practices, at your own pace

The Foundations Bundle | £35

Daily and Seasonal. Somewhere to witness and another place to hold it all. Together, The Daily Practice and Working Document move you through being in conversation with life, noticing and jotting down what comes to you. Practices that help you to archive your existence.

Then, it all comes together in the Working Document, a piece of writing that you come back to each season, that lives, grows and evolves with you.

What’s included:

  • Everything in The Daily Practice

  • Everything in The Working Document

  • £7 saving on buying separately

What shifts during this practice:

You start to see your multiplicity and rich inner world as the source of your brilliance and not a burden.

You release the pressure of being one static thing. The Working Document gives the language and space to hold all parts of you.

Your words change. Because you’re writing from inside your life, instead of being fixated on an output.

And why me?

I created this because I was sick and tired of squeezing myself into courses, 6-step methods, and practices that weren’t built for the way I think, feel, create and make meaning of the world around me.

I’m an author (Take It In), speaker and writer whose writing has appeared in Vogue, Stylist, Red, ELLE and Women's Health. I've worked with nearly a thousand people worldwide in one-to-one sessions and workshops.

But more important than any of that, I’m a woman of depth. A multi-dimensional woman with a rich inner world. I know how heavy it can feel to have so much good stuff inside you and no dedicated practice for getting it out into the world.

Lived-in Words does that.
