The Return Back To You series of online monthly group workshops takes a down-to-earth approach to spirituality with a blend of ritual, teachings and super practical takeaways.
Every month, we meet online from all parts of the world, for a laidback hang-out on Zoom. The theme changes per month but expect anything from letting go practices and chill out meditations to manifesting rituals and group shares. With plenty of heart and laughs.
Whether you're brand new to all of this or call yourself a modern mystic, everyone is welcome in this safe space. If you've been sitting on any questions about spirituality, self-care or anything mystical–bring them along, as there's an Ask Me Anything at the end of each class.

Free Swim with Dive in Well:
Integrating The 4 Bodies
This month, I'm teaming up with Dive In Well who have a focus on "cultivating space, community, conversations and change for a more equitable and accessible wellness industry".
For their Free Swim series event series, join me for a guided journaling and stillness workshop to check-in, balance and soothe your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
We'll be creating some much-needed spaciousness to listen and tune in to all aspects of ourselves, so we can inquire deeply, act intuitively and rest well.
Please have a journal, pen and anything you need to take care of yourself as we relax into stillness and integration. If you can't make it live, Dive in Well will send a replay afterwards.
There are a select amount of free tickets (primarily for people from marginalised communities) as well as donation based tickets.
