The Return Back To You series of online monthly group workshops takes a down-to-earth approach to spirituality with a blend of ritual, teachings and super practical takeaways.
Every month, we meet online from all parts of the world, for a laidback hang-out on Zoom. The theme changes per month but expect anything from letting go practices and chill out meditations to manifesting rituals and group shares. With plenty of heart and laughs.
Whether you're brand new to all of this or call yourself a modern mystic, everyone is welcome in this safe space. If you've been sitting on any questions about spirituality, self-care or anything mystical–bring them along, as there's an Ask Me Anything at the end of each class.

Fall In Love With "Now"
(Even When It Sucks)
The future is better than the present, right? Well, it can really feel that way, when the present moment kinda sucks. Now, more so than ever. But, actually, this moment right here is absolutely everything.
Yes, we all want to manifest and think to the future, but in spirituality, the present moment is where it all begins. Even when everything feels really shitty (and you should allow it to feel this way, if it does), we miss out on what's right here, as we wait for what's next and the pressure we put on ourselves is too damn much.
So, join me for an evening of falling in love with the version of you that exists right now. The version of you who may not have the relationship, clothes, career, travel, happiness, appearance etc., that you've been seeking.
Because, honestly we don't even know if or when all the things we desperately cling onto will even happen. But, we can find peace with the version of you, who is here, because you're pretty amazing.
In this online workshop, we'll take a big moment to chill with a 5 Senses ritual to welcome in Pisces season and a guided "you're killing it" practice to remind you of who you are.
We'll talk about how you can allow the present moment to be your greatest teacher, shape your future (pandemic and all) and find the bliss you've been missing on the daily.
You'll leave focusing less on "when life gets back to normal I will..." and shift that to "here's how I can find moments of joy right now, because now is all I have."
